Hello Warren Families!

Fall has arrived, and with it, plenty of excitement around our school! The PTO has been hard at work bringing together students, families, and staff for a season full of learning, laughter, and community spirit. Here’s a look at what’s been happening — and what’s coming up next:

👻 Halloween Costume Swap

This year was our first annual Halloween Costume Swap, and it was a spooktacular hit! Families brought gently used costumes to share, helping others find the perfect outfit for the big day — all while keeping sustainability in mind. Thank you to everyone who donated, organized, and participated. It was wonderful to see our community come together to make Halloween fun (and affordable!) for all our students. Please consider saving your kids Halloween costumes from this year to donate to next year’s swap!

🍁 Harvest Dinner

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our annual Warren Elementary School Harvest Dinner! From all the delicious dishes that everyone brought to share to the raffle baskets and the incredibly generous silent auction items donated from around the MRV, it was a fundraising success and so much fun. We’re so grateful to our amazing volunteers, teachers, and families who made the event such a success!

🎃 Warren Library Pumpkin Carving Event

What a great, hands-on way for our community to come together and help the Warren Public Library carve pumpkins to display for Trick-or-Treating in Warren Village on Halloween. Thank you to KMK for the pumpkin donations and also to the families who brought their own pumpkins to carve and donate. Also, a special shoutout to our volunteers for keeping the event running smoothly (and cleaning up all that pumpkin goo!). Please make sure to check them out while you are out Trick-or-Treating on Friday!

🍎Parent-Teacher Conferences

Parent-Teacher conferences are coming up soon! Time-slot sign-ups will open next week, so make sure that you get scheduled with your student(s) teacher(s).

⛸🎿Ski-and-Skate Sale

The annual Ski-and-Skate at the Waitsfield school is coming up quickly on November 15, 2025, from 9 am-4 pm in Waitsfield! Get all your gently used winter items together and keep an eye out for more information on the event to come! Please reach out to the PTO if you have any questions. 

☕ Next PTO Meeting

Mark your calendars! Our next PTO meeting will be held on Tuesday, November 12, at 5:00 PM, location TBD. We’ll be discussing winter events, volunteer opportunities, and new ways to support our classrooms. Everyone is welcome — we love seeing new faces!
